China Resources Land plans roadshow for offering of senior notes

Atlanta, May 3 - China Resources Land Ltd. plans to embark on a roadshow on or near May 4 for an offering of senior notes, according to a company filing.

HSBC, BOC International and DBS Bank are the bookrunners for the deal.

China Resources Land is a property developer based in Hong Kong.
