China Life Insurance plans to issue subordinated term debt

Madison, Wis., Aug. 22 - China Life Insurance Co. Ltd. announced that it plans to issue subordinated term debt.

The proposed debt issue is subject to approval by China Life's board of directors.

The Beijing-based insurance company has not released any details on the term debt.
