New Issue: China Galaxy sells RMB 6.6 billion two-, three-year bonds at 4.1%, 4¼%

Morgantown, W.Va., March 11 – China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd. announced it issued RMB 6.6 billion of subordinated bonds on Monday.

Specifically, the company priced RMB 3.2 billion of 4.1% two-year bonds and RMB 3.4 billion of 4¼% three-year bonds at par.

Proceeds from these 2019 third tranche bonds will be used to supplement working capital and repay debt.

The brokerage company is based in Beijing.
