New Issue: China Galaxy issues RMB 4 billion two-, three-year subordinated bonds

Olympia, Wash., April 19 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. said it issued RMB 4 billion of subordinated bonds on Thursday.

The company sold RMB 800 million of 5.2% two-year bonds and RMB 3.2 billion of 5.3% three-year bonds.

Proceeds will be used to supplement working capital.

This is the Beijing-based brokerage’s first tranche of subordinated bonds for 2018.
