China Galaxy to redeem all RMB 1.5 billion eighth tranche bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 15 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. said it has decided to redeem in full its 2014 eighth tranche subordinated bonds.

The 2014 eighth tranche bonds were issued on Nov. 26, 2014 with a term of three years and an option to call the bonds or increase the coupon rate after one year.

The Beijing brokerage had issued RMB 1.5 billion of the bonds.
