Madison, Wis., April 29 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. said it issued RMB 2 billion of one-year bonds on Wednesday.
The 5.2% bonds were priced at par of RMB 100.
This is China Galaxy’s second tranche of short-term corporate bonds for 2015.
Proceeds will be used to supplement working capital.
The brokerage is based in Beijing.
