Lexington, Ky., Jan. 29 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. completed the non-public issuance of RMB 1 billion of 2¾% two-year bonds, according to a notice.
The bonds were China Galaxy’s second tranche of corporate bonds priced this year.
The amended plan authorized the board to issue debt financing instruments not exceeding 350% of the company’s net capital.
On Jan. 22, the company announced that the China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved its application to issue up to RMB 20 billion of subordinated corporate bonds in one or more tranches within 24 months.
Proceeds will be used to replenish working capital.
The brokerage is based in Beijing.
