Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 18 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. completed the issuance of RMB 5 billion 2.84% three-year corporate bonds on Thursday, according to a notice.
The bonds were China Galaxy’s first tranche of corporate bonds priced this year.
CSC Financial Co., Ltd. was an underwriter.
Proceeds will be used to replenish working capital.
The brokerage is based in Beijing.
