New York, April 26 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. completed the issuance of RMB 1.5 billion 2.95% three-year corporate bonds, according to a notice on Tuesday.
The bonds were China Galaxy’s first tranche of corporate bonds priced this year and are part of its 24-month authorization to issue up to RMB 30 billion of corporate bonds from Aug. 21, 2020.
Proceeds will be used to replenish working capital or repay matured debt.
The brokerage is based in Beijing.
