New Issue: China Galaxy issues RMB 1.06 billion of 3.38% three-year subordinated bonds

Buffalo, N.Y., March 21 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. issued RMB 1.06 billion of 3.38% three-year subordinated corporate bonds at par, according to a notice on Monday.

The bonds are the issuer’s second tranche of subordinated bonds this year, issued as part of its 24-month authorization to issue up to RMB 30 billion of subordinated bonds from June 21, 2021.

Proceeds will be used to replenish working capital or repay matured debt.

The brokerage is based in Beijing.
