Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 18 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. said it issued RMB 4 billion of corporate bonds on in two parts, according to a notice.
The company sold RMB 1 billion of 2.97% two-year bonds and RMB 3 billion of 3.15% three-year bonds.
Proceeds will be used to replenish working capital or repay matured debts.
The issuer is a Beijing-based brokerage.
