New Issue: China Galaxy issues RMB 5 billion of corporate bonds with two-, three-year terms

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 21 – China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. issued RMB 5 billion of corporate bonds, the first tranche of 2021, in two types on Thursday, according to a notice.

The first type has an issue size of RMB 1.8 billion, a coupon of 3.24% and a term of two years.

The second type has an issue size of RMB 3.2 billion, a coupon of 3.58% and a term of three years.

Proceeds will be used to replenish working capital or repay debt.

The brokerage is based in Beijing.
