Washington Health defeases $88.76 million Children’s Hospital bonds

Madison, Wis., Feb. 3 – Washington Health Care Facilities Authority gave notice that it defeased its Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center revenue bonds, series 2008C, on Tuesday.

Specifically, the authority defeased $26,575,000 of 5.375% bonds due Oct. 1, 2031 and $62.18 million of 5.5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2035.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and agent.
