Chesapeake Energy calls all $600 million of its 6 3/8% notes due 2015

Knoxville, Tenn., June 21 - Chesapeake Energy Corp. said it will redeem all $600 million of its 6 3/8% notes due 2015 on July 22.

The company will pay $1,031.88 per $1,000 in notes.

Holders will also receive accrued interest through the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA (800 254-2826) is the trustee.

Chesapeake Energy is a natural gas producer based in Oklahoma City.
