Moody's rates Aerostar bonds Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive rating of Baa3 to the senior secured bonds issued by Aerostar Airport Holdings, LLC.

The outlook is stable.

The bonds were originally assigned provisional Baa3 based upon draft documentation. Moody's said it has since received and reviewed substantially final documentation, the terms and conditions of which are not materially different from the drafts previously provided to the agency.
