Moody’s rates Aeropuertos Argentina notes B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 rating to Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 SAs (AA2000) proposed $400 million senior secured notes due 2026.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds will be used to redeem in full the principal amount outstanding under the existing notes (about $182 million), while the remainder will be used by the company to fund capital expenditures.

Moody’s said the B2 rating reflect the company's strong traffic and revenue trends that, in spite of the local economic recession in recent years, translated into very strong credit metrics for the rating category.
