Pittsburgh, April 19 - Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 SA sold $28.89 million of its 11% class A fixed-rate guaranteed notes due 2020, $7 million of its class B variable-rate guaranteed notes due 2013 and $5.83 million of its 10% class C fixed-rate guaranteed notes due 2020, according to a news release.
The company offered to sell up to a combined $138 million of the class A notes and class C notes and up to $45 million of the class B notes.
The class B notes have a coupon equal to the reference rate plus 385 basis points.
The news release did not give the issuance price.
Aeropuertos Argentina is a Buenos Aires transportation services company.
