New Issue: Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 prices upsized $300 million notes due 2020 at par to yield 10¾%

Atlanta, Dec. 15 - Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 priced an upsized $300 million notes due Dec. 1, 2020 at par to yield 10¾% on Wednesday, a market source said.

The deal was increased from $250 million.

Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.

The notes are callable starting Dec. 22, 2015 at 110.75 and at a declining premium after that, according to a company filing.

Aeropuertos Argentina is an airport administration company based in Buenos Aires.
