Chicago, Nov. 5 – Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 SA announced that it sold $126 million of new money notes in two tranches, according to a press release.
The company sold $64 million of additional series 2021 notes due in 2031 with an 8˝% coupon, which are fungible with the notes (Caa3/CCC+) that were part of the company’s recent exchange offer. The series 2021 notes have a four-year grace period.
The company also announced the sale of $62 million of new 9˝% senior secured notes due November 2028. The 2028 notes have a three-year grace period and quarterly amortization starting February 2025.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the lead dealer manager and initial purchaser, based on an earlier announcement and an official publication from the company.
The notes are being distributed via Rule 144A and Regulation S.
The operator of 35 Argentine airports is based in Buenos Aires.
