Aeroporti di Roma tenders for €200 million of 3.25% notes via BNP

Chicago, May 24 – BNP Paribas SA is tendering for up to €200 million of the €600 million of 3.25% notes due Feb. 20, 2021 issued by Aeroporti di Roma SpA.

The tender offer will remain open until 11 a.m. ET on May 31.

Pricing will be set at 8 a.m. ET on June 1 using the interpolated mid-swap rate plus 20 basis points.

Holders also will receive accrued interest.

Aeroporti di Roma plans to price new euro-denominated fixed-rate notes under its €1.5 billion euro medium-term note program, according to a company announcement.

The tender offer is contingent on pricing and issue of the new notes.

Settlement has been set for June 6.

Tender instructions must be submitted for a minimum principal amount of at least €100,000 and in integrals of €1,000 after that.
