Moody's affirms Aeroporti

Moody's Investors Service said it confirmed the Ba2 debt ratings of Aeroporti di Roma SpA and of its affiliate, Romulus Finance srl.

The outlook is positive.

Moody's said the action follows Aeroporti's announcement that it finalized a refinancing package including a revolving credit facility of €100 million and a term loan facility of €400 million.
