Czech Republic’s Ceske Drahy to price green bonds early Sept. 26 week

Chicago, Sept. 23 – Ceske Drahy, as expects to price its debut green bonds (Baa2) early in the Sept. 26 week, according to a market source.

A five-year bond, benchmark size, is being loosely talked in the low to mid 200 basis points area over mid-swaps.

Societe Generale coordinated the roadshow in the Sept. 19 week. Erste Group, ING and UniCredit have also been mandated as joint global coordinators.

Distribution will be via Regulation S.

Erste Group and ING are the joint green structuring advisers.

The Prague-based railway operator had planned a €500 million offering of senior notes in the late spring. However, the company decided to wait to issue notes.
