Czech Republic’s Ceske Drahy draws closer to pricing €500 million of green seven-year notes

Chicago, June 23 – Czech Republic’s Ceske Drahy AS (Baa2) wrapped a roadshow on Wednesday for a new €500 million offer of green seven-year notes, according to a market source.

Erste Group, ING and UniCredit are working joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners and Societe Generale is listed as a joint bookrunner for the Regulation S offer.

Moody’s ESG Solutions issued a second-party option.

Erste Group and ING are working joint green structuring advisers.

The issuer is a Prague-based national railway operator. The company is state-owned.
