Ceridian amends loan to extend 10-Q reporting deadline

New York, May 16 - Ceridian Corp. amended its $350 million domestic revolving credit facility and $150 million Comdata receivables securitization facility, giving the company until June 15 to deliver its form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday.

The amendment was completed on Sunday.

Bank of America is the administrative agent on the credit facility.

Ceridian is a Minneapolis-based information services company.
