S&P cuts Mexican entities

S&P said it lowered the global scale ratings on Comision Federal de Electricidad, CFE International, LLC, the Mexico City Airport Trust, Red de Carreteras de Occidente, SAB de CV and Concesionaria Mexiquense SA de CV to BBB from BBB+, following the same rating action on the sovereign. The outlook on these entities is negative, reflecting the current outlook on Mexico.

At the same time, S&P revised the outlook on Fermaca Enterprises S de RL de CV, Libramiento de Matehuala, CE Oaxaca Dos S de RL de CV and CE Oaxaca Cuatro, S de RL de CV to negative from stable, reflecting the outlook on the sovereign. S&P affirmed its ratings on these companies.
