ALS 3’s calculation agent sets make-whole amount for 3.795% notes

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 18 – The make-whole amount for ALS 3 Ltd.’s $150,984,959 of 3.795% notes due 2021 will be $738,933, according to a new release from calculation agent Credit Agricole CIB.

As previously reported, ALS 3 issued notices of redemption for its $74,399,154 3.215% notes due 2021 and the 3.795% notes guaranteed by Her Britannic Majesty’s Secretary of State acting by the Export Credits Guarantee Department under 2010 trust deeds between the issuer, Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. and AerCap Holdings NV.

The notes will be redeemed in full on Oct. 28 at a make-whole amount plus accrued interest.

The outstanding amount to be redeemed is $17,122,060 for the 3.215% notes and $34,995,091 for the 3.795% notes.

The make-whole amount is equal to 2.11% of the outstanding amount of 3.795% notes.

AerCap, a Dublin-based aircraft leasing company, has consented to the early redemptions.
