AerCap talks 60-year junior subordinated notes to yield 6 1/8%-6¼%

Portland, Ore., Oct. 3 – Dublin-based aircraft leasing company AerCap Holdings NV talked a benchmark offering of dollar-denominated 60-year junior subordinated notes (expected ratings Ba2/BB+/BB-) to yield 6 1/8% to 6¼%, according to a market source.
The notes are non-callable for five years.
The public offering is expected to price on Thursday.
BofA Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
