AerCap’s Delos unit to reprice $600 million loan due 2027 at SOFR plus 175 bps

Portland, Ore., April 22 – Delos Aircraft DAC, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of AerCap Holdings NV, launched a repricing of a $600 million term loan B due Oct. 31, 2027 (Baa1/BBB/BBB) on Monday, according to a market source.

The Dublin-based aircraft leasing company’s deal is talked with a 175 basis points spread to SOFR, no floor, at par.

The interest rate is being repriced down from SOFR plus 200 bps.

Soft call protection at 101 resets for six months.

The loan also features financial covenants.

Deutsche Bank is the left arranger. Fifth Third is the joint arranger. Other syndicate names remain to be announced.
