Kazakhstan’s Central Asian Electric Energy plans KZT 5 billion bonds

Madison, Wis., May 19 – Central Asian Electric Energy Corp. JSC plans to issue KZT 5 billion of second issue coupon bonds under its first bond program, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notice.

The company said its board of directors approved the issuance of 50 million bonds with a face value of KZT 100 each.

The energy company is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
