Moody's rates Center-Invest bond B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B1 long-term global local currency debt rating to Center-Invest Bank's senior bond due 2014.

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects Center-Invest Bank's global local currency deposit rating, which is based on the bank's E+ BFSR, mapping to a baseline credit assessment of B1, the agency added.

The BFSR of E+ is constrained by the high single-name concentration of the bank's loan book, high geographic concentration, tight credit environment and inflated credit costs.

However, the rating also reflects the bank's strong home-market franchise, a sizeable small-and-midsized enterprise, a retail client base supported by region-wide coverage and the international profile of its shareholder structure, Moody's said.
