Eclipse Aviation trustee to change company name to AE Liquidation

Pittsburgh, Oct. 5 - Eclipse Aviation Corp.'s Chapter 7 trustee has asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to change the company's name to AE Liquidation, Inc., according to a Friday court filing.

According to the motion, the company agreed to change its name in connection with the sale of substantially all of its assets.

A hearing is scheduled for Nov. 4.

Eclipse, an Albuquerque-based aircraft manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 25, 2008. Its Chapter 7 case number is 08-13031.
