Mexico’s Cemex guides €400 million eight-year notes at 4 5/8%

Atlanta, June 8 – Cemex SAB de CV set talk for a €400 million offering of eight-year notes (expected ratings: /B+/BB-) at 4 5/8%, a market source said.

BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB and JPMorgan are the active bookrunners and RBS the passive bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The notes will be non-callable for four years.

Cemex is a cement producer based in Monterrey, Mexico.
