Bristol-Myers Squibb sells shares of Celldex, drops stake to 7.83%

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 9 - Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. sold 414,276 shares of Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. between Nov. 30 and Dec. 8 priced from $4.48 to $4.71 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Nov. 23 and Nov. 24, Bristol-Myers Squibb, a New York biopharmaceutical company, sold 71,625 shares of Celldex, keeping a 9.14% interest, a prior SEC filing said.

Bristol-Myers Squibb reported beneficial ownership of 2,474,947 shares, or 7.83%, of Celldex, a Bloomsbury, N.J., biopharmaceutical company.
