Celadon secures court approval of $14.5 million Taylor Express sale

Pittsburgh, Jan. 31 – Celadon Group, Inc. obtained court approval to sell its Taylor Express, Inc. assets to White Willow Holdings, LLC, according to an order filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

As previously reported, White Willow has agreed to pay $14.5 million for the Taylor Express assets.

Celadon announced on Jan. 20 that the auction had been canceled.

Celadon provides long haul, regional, local, dedicated, intermodal, temperature-protected and expedited freight service and is based in Indianapolis. The company filed bankruptcy on Dec. 9 under Chapter 11 case number 19-12606.
