Fitch assigns KGI bonds A+(twn)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned KGI Securities Inc.’s planned 10-year Taiwan-denominated senior unsecured subordinated bonds an expected A+(twn) rating. The agency also assigned KGI an AA- (twn) long-term rating with a stable outlook.

“KGI Securities' ratings are based on Fitch's expectation of shareholder support from its parent, China Development Financial Holding Corp. (CDF),” the agency said in a press release.
