Moody’s: Rayburn Country Electric view now positive

Moody's Ratings said it affirmed Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative, Inc.'s Baa2 senior secured first mortgage bonds and Baa3 issuer rating.

In conjunction with the affirmation, the outlook has been revised to positive from stable owing to the successful transition of ownership and operation of the Rayburn Energy Station, acquired in June 2023.
