New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.44 million step-up autocallable notes linked to S&P global index

Buffalo, N.Y., April 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.44 million of step-up autocallable notes due April 21, 2031 linked to the performance of the S&P Global 100 PR 5% Daily Risk Control 0.5% Deduction Index (USD) ER, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 13.5% annualized call premium if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual review date. Call level starts at 101% of initial level and steps up by 1% per year.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain of the index.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.
