Prospect News reports four new defaults for April 4-April 10

Olympia, Wash., April 12 – Prospect News reported four new defaults for March 28 through April 3.
Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 filings by Unisen Senior Living (Tampa Life Plan Village, Inc.), 99 Cents Only Stores LLC (Number Holdings, Inc.), ConvergeOne Holdings Inc. and ICON Aircraft.
So far in 2024, Prospect News has reported 57 total defaults, including 39 Chapter 11 filings, seven missed principal and interest payments, two each of liquidations, Chapter 15 filings, missed principal payments and Chapter 7 filings, and one each of CCAA filings, missed interest payments and administrations.
The companies that filed Chapter 11 during the week reported at least $2.11 billion in assets and at least $2.6 billion in liabilities collectively.
