Aegon calls €700 million 4% fixed-to-floating-rate subordinated notes

Lexington, Ky., March 19 – Aegon Ltd. will redeem its €700 million 4% fixed-to-floating subordinated notes (ISIN: XS1061711575), according to a notice.

The redemption of these grandfathered tier 2 securities will be effective April 25. Any accrued interest will also be paid.

Citibank NA, London Branch is the fiscal agent.

The notes will be delisted from Euronext Amsterdam following the redemption.

The financial services company is based in The Hague.
