By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Feb. 15 – Aecom is guiding a $750 million offering of non-callable 10-year notes (Ba3/BB) with a yield in the low 5% area, according to a market source.

The Rule 144A with registration rights offering via BofA Merrill Lynch is set to price on Wednesday.

The Los Angeles-based engineering company, formerly known as Aecom Technology Corp., plans to use the proceeds to refinance its term loan and revolving credit facility.
