Aecom files automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., March 3 - Aecom Technology Corp. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers debt securities, common stock, preferred stock and warrants.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Use of proceeds will be set forth in the applicable prospectus supplement.

Aecom is a Los Angeles-based provider of professional technical and management support services.
