Investment Evolution eyes up to £100 million 15% five-year bonds

Los Angeles, Feb. 7 – Investment Evolution Credit plc has launched an up to £100 million offering of 15% five-year bonds, according to a press release.
The offering will be an ongoing bond series, with the first tranche expected to be issued in February.
Proceeds will be used to fund expansion of the company’s consumer loan portfolio and will not be used for funding working capital or any other purposes.
The fintech group is based in London.
