A Energi repurchases NOK 186 million of bonds due in April
Chicago, Jan. 23 – A Energi AS repurchased NOK 186 million of the outstanding bonds originally issued by Agder Energi (ISIN: NO0010819600), according to a notice.
The bonds mature in April, and the repurchase was concurrent with a new offering of NOK 1.35 billion in bonds.
Kristiansand, Norway-based A Energi, formed through the merger of Glitre Energy and Agder Energi, is a renewable energy group.
