Aearo Technologies official committee of unsecured creditors named

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 31 – 3M subsidiary Aearo Technologies’ official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Region 10 U.S. trustee Nancy J. Gargula, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

The members are James Beal, represented by Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis and Overholtz, plc, based in Pensacola, Fla.; Remi Beautiful Bald Eagle, represented by the Gori Law Firm, based in Edwardsville, Ill.; the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, represented by Rawlings & Associates PLLC, based in LaGrange, Ky.; Guillermo Camarillorazo, represented by Laminack, Pirtle & Martines, based in Houston; William Darnell, represented by Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP, based in Nashville; LaShaunda Parker Freeman, represented by Seeger Weiss LLP, based in Ridgefield Park, N.J.; Grayson Story, represented by Pembroke Pines Professional Centre, based in Pembroke Pines, Fla.; Randy Watts, represented by Paul LLP, based in Kansas City, Mo.; and Debra Weir, represented by Weitz and Luxenberg, PC, based in New York.

Aearo, the St. Paul-based 3M subsidiary, designs and manufacturers materials for noise, vibration, shock, thermal and cushioning solutions for commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, medical equipment, electronics and aircraft. The company filed bankruptcy on July 26 under Chapter 11 case number 22-02890.
