New Issue: Hanwha TotalEnergies Petrochemical sells $400 million 5˝% notes due 2029

Los Angeles, Jan. 18 – Hanwha TotalEnergies Petrochemical Co., Ltd. issued $400 million of 5˝% notes due July 18, 2029 (BBB/BBB), according to a Singapore Exchange listing notice.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, according to Moody’s Investors Service.

Hanwha is a Korean petrochemicals manufacturer.
