Lexington, Ky., Nov. 29 – Aider Konsern AS issued a NOK 125 million tap issue under its secured bonds due May 20, 2026, lifting the total issue size to NOK 875 million, according to a notice.
The bonds, which priced at 102, bear interest at Nibor plus 600 basis points.
The tap issue was initiated by reverse inquiry.
DNB Markets acted as the sole bookrunner for the transaction.
Net proceeds will be used for acquisitions.
An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Bors.
The Oslo-based company is a holding company for companies that provide accounting, advisory services and related IT services.
