TAV Havalimanlari kicks off meetings for inaugural dollar bond deal

Chicago, Nov. 27 – TAV Havalimanlari Holding AS started fixed-income investor calls on Monday for an inaugural dollar-denominated offering of senior notes (B+/BB), a market source reported.

The five-year notes are expected to come with two years of call protection.

Physical investor meetings will be held starting Tuesday in London for the benchmark deal.

Citi is coordinating logistics.

BofA Securities, BNP Paribas and Citi are working as joint bookrunners.

Distribution will be through Rule 144A and Regulation S.

TAV Airports, based in Istanbul, is an airport operator with a portfolio of 15 airports in eight countries. TAV is owned by Paris-based Groupe ADP.
