By Mary-Katherine Stinson

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 21 – Omda AS will exercise its voluntary early redemption for its NOK 500 million senior secured bond issue 2020/2024 (ISIN: NO0010893738) with an original maturity date of Sept. 25, 2024, according to multiple notices.

The bonds will be redeemed at 101.25 plus accrued interest on Dec. 7.

Dec. 5 is the record date.

The company had previously announced it would call the entire outstanding amount in full utilizing the proceeds from a new issue.

As previously reported, the bonds bore interest at Nibor plus 500 basis points and have been replaced with a new issue for the same amount but with a Nibor plus 600 bps interest rate.

Omda provides specialized software for health care and emergency services in the Nordics. The company recently changed its name from CSAM Health Group AS in September.
