S&P gives EPH notes BBB-

S&P Global Ratings said it assigned a BBB- rating to the planned inaugural €500 million senior unsecured bond to be issued by the financial vehicle EPH Financing International, as and guaranteed by Energeticky a prumyslovy holding, as, which the agency rates BBB-.

The senior unsecured notes will be issued under a €3 billion medium-term note program and have a maturity of five years.

The proceeds will partly refinance some credit facilities at the guarantor EPH level and fund general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
