Olympia, Wash., Dec. 12 – Hello Bello received court approval to sell its assets for $64.9 million to stalking horse bidder Hildred Capital Management, a health care-focused private equity firm, according to an order filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The stalking horse transaction was subject to higher or otherwise better offers through the company’s bid procedures. The company did not receive any other qualified offers.
